IPCloud provides proxy services including residential, datacenter, mobile, and ISP proxies for legitimate business purposes such as web scraping, data collection, ad verification, and market research.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any illegal activities or purposes
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Activities that violate the rights of others
• Distributing malware or malicious content

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment Terms & Refunds

All payments are processed securely. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided except in cases of technical issues on our end that prevent service delivery.

Misuse or Abuse: Refunds will not be provided for accounts found to be misusing or abusing our services in any way. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy without refund.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
